Q: Can I major in Capitalism Studies?

Q: How can I declare the minor?

A: Undergraduates can declare the minor at any time. Fill out this form to declare the Capitalism Studies minor. For any questions, please email Dr. Buchenau, Dowd Term Chair of Capitalism Studies, at jbuchenau@charlotte.edu.

Q: Which courses counting for the minor will be offered in upcoming semesters?

A: The Spring 2024 offerings include one of the options for the introduction to the minor, CAPI 1501; several sections of the two economics courses, ECON 1501 and ECON 2101, either one of which fulfills the economics requirement of both programs; multiple approved electives for the minor; and a handful of topics courses that may be counted for the minor, via petition.
